Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by
you for one of the following reasons:
- Registration as a member
We use the information that you have given us to register you as a member, check if you are eligible to enter competitions, voting rights at any general meeting and to contact you with any club details that you need to be aware of.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on the Bowlr system.
We keep name, age, address and contact details for up to 3 months after your membership has expired, to enable you time to renew. We will then dispose of your information by removing it from the computer system and shredding any paper copies.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to correct information you think is incomplete.
